Conference Meeting Package (CMP)

The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is a per guest, per day charge combining the most popular meeting needs into one package price. Items included are listed below:

Main Meeting Room
Appropriate to the anticipated number of guests and set up in the style of your choice. Additional function rooms required for breakout sessions and other meetings or events are charged a separate room rental fee.

Audio Visual Package
One LCD projector with screen, one podium with wired microphone, one flip chart and one whiteboard with markers. Additional audiovisual equipment is available for a per day fee.

Continental Breakfast
Freshly brewed Starbucks coffees and Tazo teas, assorted fruit juices and soft drinks, bottled water, display of seasonal fresh fruits, selection of freshly baked bagels and breakfast pastries, oatmeal, granola and yogurts.

Add $4.00 per person for eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes
Add $1.00 per person for each of the following: eggs or bacon
Add $1.50 per person for each of the following: sausage or potatoes

AM Break
Freshly brewed Starbucks coffees and Tazo teas, assorted fruit juices and soft drinks, bottled water, whole fresh fruit and a selection of granola bars.

Buffet Luncheon
A buffet consisting of Chef's choice soup, salads, a selection of entrées and accompaniments, assorted desserts, lemonade and iced tea. For groups under 20, please select up to two entrees and one dessert from our plated lunch menus.

PM Break
Freshly brewed Starbucks coffees and Tazo teas, assorted soft drinks and bottled water, whole fresh fruit, a selection of candies and fresh baked goods.

Meeting Supplies
Pencils, notepads, masking tape, and candies.

Meeting Planner
Coordinates all planning needs prior to and during the conference.

Service Charge
Service charge is included in package pricing.
