While your wedding planner will be happy to answer any queries you may have, below are responses to some of the more frequently asked questions regarding Cedarbrook weddings.
Q: How many guests may join our celebration?
A: At Cedarbrook, we can comfortably accommodate 125–225 guests for a wedding reception.
Q: What is required to reserve my wedding space?
A: A signed rental agreement, which includes a food minimum and an overnight accommodation minimum, a deposit, and a signed credit card authorization or check.
Q: For what time frame can we reserve our wedding ceremony/reception space?
A: Rental times may vary. Our Ceremony and Reception Packages provide three options:
morning (10 AM–3PM), evening (6 PM–12AM), or all day (10 AM–12AM). We offer a set-up time beginning two hours prior wedding ceremonies and receptions.
Q: What does my food minimum include?
A: Your food minimum is not an inclusive price, but rather the amount that we require to be spent on food during the course of your event. This figure is agreed upon prior to the calculation of service charge and tax.
Q: Do you have guest accommodations?
A: Yes, we have 102 exclusive and well-appointed guestrooms available for your guests’ convenience.
Q: Do you allow outside catering?
A: No, we do not permit outside caterers at Cedarbrook. Our talented culinary team will be happy to prepare an exceptional menu that will reflect your taste and delight your palate.
Q: How rigid are your menus?
A: We have established, delicious menus, but your wedding planner will be happy to work with you to accommodate special requests.
Q: Can we bring in our own wine and beer?
A: Sorry, but no. Cedarbrook has an award-winning wine and beer list from which you can make your selection.
Q: Do you allow us to bring in our own wedding cake?
A: Yes, you may supply your own wedding cake. If you need recommendations, we have a preferred vendor list available for your convenience—please speak with your wedding planner.
