The Cedarbrook team takes pride in considering itself a facet of your team: your success is our success, and we are dedicated to providing the elements that ensure a flawless event.

Cedarbrook offers three primary meeting rooms: the Cedars, Laughing Lily, and the Summit Auditorium. These spaces can comfortably accommodate anywhere from 50 to 200 individuals. If you desire a more intimate business setting, the suites and dens located in the Dreaming Dogwood and Sleeping Spruce buildings accommodate up to a dozen guests. And finally, if your party wishes to hold smaller breakout meetings, the parlors located throughout the guest buildings are ideal. Each space is complete with a fireplace, comfortable seating, snacks, and beverages.

In between meetings and sessions, Cedarbrook’s main building provides several venues to mix, mingle, and meet. Both the Reflections Gallery and the Copperleaf Room boast relaxing ambiances in keeping with professional collaboration, and our patio and landscaped grounds offer an irresistible opportunity for a breath of fresh air.

And finally, when everyone is ready for a little well-earned relaxation, they can gather in Cedarbrook’s comfortable Lending Library, and indulge in a game of pool, refreshing conversation, and made-to-order cocktails as they reflect upon the events of the day.
