CMP Audiovisual Package

The following audiovisual equipment is included in all meeting packages:

Video projector with DVD or VHS player
LCD projector
Remote controlled slide projector
Video projector with computer graphics capability
Overhead projector
A podium with wired microphone
One flipchart for general session room
One easel
One computer interface
One whiteboard

For meetings of more than 100 people, audiovisual inclusions will be limited to two of any particular item.

If you require videoconferencing, teleconferencing, computer support, or simultaneous interpretation, your meeting planner can assist you with appropriate pricing.

Additional equipment that is not included in your meeting package can be provided upon request.
